Three Pillar Program

We take a holistic and solutions-based approach to the needs of veterans and their families.  We capitalize on opportunities for personal success.  In addition to other services, we provide training, workshops, and personalized coaching.  We are veterans helping veterans, and our services are provided at no cost to these heroes!

At Veterans First Light, we hold an unshakable belief in the potential of each and every veteran and are dedicated to providing personalized support and advocacy.

Our one-on-one approach is essential in regaining trust and rebuilding the hope that so many veterans have lost due to a variety of circumstances.

We strive to work collaboratively to:

  • Build relationships to create a strong community of veterans.

  • Help navigate the procedures and protocols required in obtaining healthcare, military records, etc.

  • Provide accessibility and tools for effective job searches, networking, and interviewing.

  • Connect with other veterans for support, community, and care.

Our free services are available to all military veterans, regardless of separation date and term of service.  We understand that veteran issues do not exist “in a vacuum,” and we recognize the importance of helping family members as well.

We Believe in Community

Operation Not Forgotten

The mission of Operation Not Forgotten (ONF) is to provide services that support the well-being of veterans and their families. We connect them with other veterans — buddies they can trust and relate with to coach them through any difficulties. Our purpose is to measurably enhance and improve a veteran’s quality of life and functioning in four areas: mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.

Under the umbrella of Operation Not Forgotten, we are implementing Vet Life Community.  Vet Life Community is a network of local weekly support meetings – veterans helping veterans face to face – offering the Quality Of Life Assessment (QOLA) to assess current levels of functioning and determine what, if any, help veterans may need as they transition back into life outside the military.

Veterans First Light is a proud member of the Vet Life Community. This support community meets throughout the week in the evenings from 6:30 – 8pm. To learn more about our Vet Life Community or to sign up please email
